Why do you always read this kind of headline in the Philippines?
I think for every year I was in Asia, and long before, I was reading this kind of headline. I know they have like 900 islands-but still, when does the government actually take action to prevent these types of disasters?
Just saying.
Because they join 90% of the world as 3rd world. Nobody knows, Nobody cares, Nobody held accountable.
