No not me, the authors of the Weblog awards that’s who. Who the hell came up with this list of best Asian blogs?
ARE YOU GUYS OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MINDS?
No Spike, No Hemlock, No E@L?
No Indiana? No Izzy? What about VPS?
No Seelai? Nude King? Or Japan Probe?
No Big White Guy?
What about Nomad? Or GI Korea? or Even Riding Sun?
Besides the obvious slight to yours truly which will not go un-noticed, these guys at the Weblog awards would not know a real Asian blog if they saw one.
Dear Weblog Awards editors-BITE ME!
…and not one of the sea services either on the military blogs — even Lex didn’t make it. Have to wonder overall after seeing the above list as well what in fact they were smoking.
But then, it’s not like we’re getting paid for these things anyway 😉

Mate, thanks for the plug, but sometimes I have the feeling that there are many parallel blogospheres out there, never touching, coexisting without communicating, probably not aware at all the others’ existence… Spooky huh?
Maybe the geeks all talk to each other, the unloved only check out celebrity blogs, the guitarists only scan musicians’ blogs, the kids all use Facebook anyway, the web-savvy all pat each other on the back, just as we burnt-out cases complain to and about each other…
In that list I have only heard of IZ Reloaded…
oh well, it’s because you’re ignorant.
just because you didnt see your blog or your fave blog in the list, you’re questioning it?
they were asking for nominations since october, but did you nominate one?
oh well, award-giving bodies don’t search the whole blogosphere to find nominees, it is you who needs to present yourself to them, just line in ASIAN TV AWARDS, EMMY AWARDS and OSCARS. If you don’t submit entries, we’ll you don’t belong.
widen your understanding please
“No Spike, No Hemlock, No E@L?
No Indiana? No Izzy? What about VPS?
No Seelai? Nude King? Or Japan Probe?
No Big White Guy?
What about Nomad? Or GI Korea? or Even Riding Sun?”
and with those blogs you have mentioned… my first time to hear about them honestly…
hope you understand that a blog may not be popular just to be recognized
keep that in mind
Vogue,
Sounds to me like you are missing out then. These are the folks who are blogging about what makes Asia special-for both the native born and the import such as myself.
And these people as far as I know did submit themselves. I know my little blog was nominated-a couple of times. However I never expected to win because of my small readership.
The point is I checked out every one of the blogs on the list that was finalists-NOT ONE, captures the Asian experience. So perhaps they are out of place in the ranking.
Its not me who needs to broaden his mind-its you……………
Which brings us back to BITE ME.
hahah so you’re bitter skippy-san
you should object to the judges and not speak against the finalists….
bloggers should be united and be happy for them…
just what the judges always say every year, they feel sorry if you’re blog isn’t nominated… it’s their own awards
if you want one, why not sponsor your own blog awards…
you even made a post about it, you’re bitter and sour
If Vogue doesn’t even know about the aforementioned blogs, then Vogue is a fuckwit.
But big deal, huh? If none of the aforementioned blogs were in the list, then that can’t be Asian Weblog Awards. Yeah? Or, those who hosted the thing were simply idiots (apparently).
By the way, I haven’t heard of this new monkey group hosting such awards this year. Who are they? And are they based in Vietnam?
Sweet Details I enjoy most of the articles which were written, and especially the comments posted! I will come back!
fantastic, verdant, issue. the do the job you put in to offer this kind of useful
