We’ve all heard about folks who have been fired for blogging. See my post here, for a friend’s valid concern about retribution. Here , at last, is a company that encourages it and provides some good advice along the way.
Kudos to Sun Microsystems. This is the kind of rules the US Army should look at instead of their policy of Big Brother……
