Story:
Middle of the road kind of guy. Love living in Asia and will stay here as long as I can. I've had the big house in the suburbs, the yard ,the big car, the dog, and an American wife. Ended up getting rid of them all. Now I just need a good sized apartment, a paid up subway card, and money in the bank. Always on the lookout for my next ex-wife. I love Singapore and Hong Kong and desperately want to live in either location. (Resume available on request). Have had good times in Thailand, Japan, and in Guam as well. I have an active mind and enjoy writing and reading about history and current events. I hate it when people try to fit me into a stereotypical box. I become enraged at- died in the wool, uneducated, political "wisdom" -from so called "smart people" who do nothing but watch morons spout platitudes on Fox News. I'm a smart guy (except when it comes to romance) and do not suffer fools well. A sensual being who wants to experience great things. Travel

I’ve enjoyed seeing you over at Lex’s place for awhile and thought I’d drop by and check out your digs. Pretty nice, I must say. I get what you see in both Hong Kong & Singapore – my port visits there years back were far too brief, and I’ve always wanted to go back, although the beer in Singapore is waaaaay overpriced!
Not that many of your readers would be much interested in what a (future) chaplain has to say, but might it be possible to get an “add” on your blogroll? Who knows – maybe some of my stuff might help make your day a bit brighter.

Just thought I would share this interesting news article with you. http://tinyurl.com/taxexmpt, basically NYC has now ruled that the high rolling business meeting rooms and the private entertainment there in is no longer exempt to sales tax. I can only guess how many Nippon businessmen will be padding their NYC expense accounts cause of this.
