Six Sigma blows! There was a reason I hated statistics in college (even though I was a math major).

Ahhh, finallly getting sucked into Six Sigma. A good tool if you make a lot of things (on the order of hundreds or thousands of parts a day). Unfortunately, I think the trend is to try to use statistical methods such as Six Sigma to replace good engineering practices and judgement, especially by those who are idiots.
