I’m ready to go.
So kiss me and smile for me,
Tell me that you’ll wait for me,
Hold me like you’ll never let me go.
‘Cause I’m leaving on a jet plane
Don’t know when I’ll be back again –
Oh Babe, I hate to go.
Ok-the last statement we know is a lie-I love to go. But hey, go with it.
There’s so many times I’ve let you down,
So many times I’ve played around,
I tell you now, they don’t mean a thing.
Every place I go, I’ll think of you,
Every song I sing, I’ll sing for you,
When I come back, I’ll wear your wedding ring.
Well, maybe. But they really did not mean anything.
Now the time has come to leave you,
One more time let me kiss you,
Then close your eyes, I’ll be on my way.
Dream about the days to come.
When I won’t have to leave alone,
About the times I won’t have to say …
” I can’t wait till I get to travel again!” Oh, wait-you are not supposed to say that. How about “I’ll bring you omiyage!”.
Can’t say that either. Keep coming back you will find out why.
She’s just a bonus!
Jet plane.
Remember the old days in the 60s? All of the stewardesses everywhere were lovely. Not so much anymore. C’est domage.
And what a lovely bonus she is 🙂
Curtis – try flying Singapore Airlines, the same body hugging uniform for 30 years, but no hostess older than that uniform, and slim so that you can squeeze past them in the aisles… excuse me…me…meeee!!! oh sorry bout that…
Anthony – i don’t think she’s wearing any under-garments! Shock hurrah!
Ah Singapore Airlines! I flew there first class last year. It did not suck.
Must try it. Cathay was good.
Flew AA to DFW last weekend with a 6’2 20odd American Goddess. They get rarer every year.
