Drove back to DC this afternoon after spending the morning at Wallops Island. If you ever stay in Pokomoke Maryland-bring a good book. There's not much to do. All I did was drink beer last night and watch the Phillies lose.
On the way back today, since I was passing Annapolis anway-I thought I would stop through the campus. I was lucky enough to arrive in time to watch the parade and also to see lots of Class of 69 folks talking to each other. Since my own reunion is next week, at a real military college, it was kind of interesting to see how they did thing. Pix to follow when I have more time. I need to go get some dinner.
Tomorrow its home. It's been an interesting week. I tallied up the miles I put on the rental car this week. When I picked it up it had exactly 4 miles on it. It was brand new. Now the odometer says 600 and change.

I’ll be back this spring. I looked into flying out of Norfolk-but I could not get a flight that would work. Since I had to be Dahlgren before-it made more sense to go in and out of DCA.
Ditto – and we can join up for lunch or bring you out to the (new) homestead…
