The Navy in it's wisdom has a knee jerk reaction now that "it" no longer allows the sailors to be "disciplined" by their peers. Pound the guy that performs the deed, not everybody else. Or, use the pounding of everybody else as a motivating function to "fix" the bad guy. 2. As for our gang culture, it amazed me when I travel around the world the prevalence of that crap. That is what the rest of the world see of Blacks in America. Then, the German SWAT team gets up for the job by saying "act like you are going into Harlem," and the Black "leaders" get all upset, w/o looking at where this is started. You reep what you sow. The thug mentality and environment is pushed by money grubbers that are doing a disservice to their country, their race and their collective image internationally. Don't get upset if you get treated like a POS when you act like a POS. Combs, Simmons, et al have made a killing on this, yet will preach about the politics of being Black in America, and how they are treated as second class citizens and are not given the same educational opportunities. Seems this loser has been hearing voices, so his legal team is going to try to get the charges reduced. I hope the Japanese judge tells his lawyers to sit down and STFU.
