Guessing the photograph was taken in front of the I M Pei-thingy in front of the Louvre Museum, Paris.

I am a pretty good photographer,,and some suggestions,
Sharpen, crop and next time try to get her whole body in the
frame, HER left foot is partially hidden.
Bokeh is ok but there is too much of it.
If you did end of buying an DSLR then it should have come with some software to help you adjust the photos.
