A theme I have harped on consistently, is that the world we live in is changing. We no longer have the luxury of doing "business as usual". It is why I have so little patience with climate change deniers, or those who think that every attempt to restore balance with nature is some sort of "conspiracy" to steal wealth. This little video from National Geographic highlights the challenges the world faces and the fact that if we don't find a way to change-we will placed in an untenable position economically and otherwise. Pay particular attention to our numbers versus how much of the world's resources we consume. It may have been fine in the pre-globalization world, its not workable now. The amount of competitors has increased 100 fold. So, our tri-corner hat wearing friends can continue to whine about their "rights" all they want. Change is coming whether they like it or not.
